At the conclusion of a planning engagement, a full redesign of JetBlue.com began with implementing the Phase I projects defined in the product road map. Activities spanned interaction design, visual design, asset development, production and development. Working closely with the interaction design team, I acted as the liason between JetBlue and the internal development team. This involved closely collaborating to define workflows and ensure that they mapped to the requirements, design vision, and technical scope.
